Wave Tacos

It all begins with an idea. Wave Tacos made its debut in 2020 as a take home taco kit service during pandemic lockdowns. The overwhelming support and love for our hand made tacos pushed us forward with a partnership with The Local Restaurant as a trial pop up kitchen. Fast forward two years and the Tuesday residency still stands strong - including a southern comfort residency the remaining days of the week. Our street style taco recipes are both traditional & outside of the box, varying from classic carne asada to big mac & po’boy styles. 

We love serving our customers local, in-season ingredients. All tortillas are hand mixed and pressed - as well as the cheeses + toppings are all produced in house. Freshness is the ultimate goal. We strive for both quality AND quantity - all of our tacos are easy to handle and eat in large quantities due to their size.

A gluten-free dream. The majority of our recipes are completely gluten free - or can be adjusted to gluten free at no extra cost. We also pride ourselves on innovative and trendy vegan + vegetarian options. 

Menus can be catered to both small and large groups, including weddings. A typical menu outline would include 3 taco recipes, two side dishes and a dessert, but we are very accommodating when it comes to changes.
